Conquest Consulting Group (CCG) is a professional estimating services and consulting company dedicated to serving the needs of process industry owners. We provide professional estimating services and consultation tailored to meet our customer’s needs.

In today’s business environment, few owner companies can afford to staff large estimating departments, and therefore rely on engineering and construction contractors to supply a large portion of their estimating needs. In many cases, owners have gone too far in outsourcing their estimating functions, leaving them with limited in-house estimating experience and capabilities. As a result, owners have often faced inaccurate and poorly documented estimates, leading to large project overruns or underruns. CCG can help these owners in establishing a right-sized estimating organization that is capable of preparing strategic and conceptual project estimates for early business decisions, as well as effectively reviewing and validating estimates prepared by others.
