TEAM
Larry R.
Dysert is the Managing Partner of Conquest Consulting Group
(CCG). Larry has been actively involved in many of CCG's consulting areas,
including providing cold-eyes estimate reviews, estimate preparation,
estimating organizational development, estimating software implementation,
project management and controls, and training.
Larry has over
thirty years of project estimating, management,
consulting, and training experience in the chemical, petroleum, oil sands,
high technology, manufacturing, and construction industries. Larry was a
Lead Estimator with Intel Corporation, a Senior Project Estimator with
Eastman Kodak Company, and a Senior Estimator with Fluor Daniel prior to forming Conquest Consulting Group. Larry
has been responsible for the preparation of conceptual and detailed
estimates for capital projects, domestic and international ranging to over
$25 Billion in size. Larry has specialized in estimates of large project
size, strategic importance, utilizing new technologies, and those
involving the use of parametric estimating methodologies. Larry has also
been responsible for the development and direction of various estimating
software applications. Larry often provides training in estimating, Total
Cost Management, cost
metrics analysis, and risk analysis.
Larry is a frequent presenter and
author on estimating and project management topics. Larry is a Certified
Cost Consultant, Certified Estimating Professional, AACE Fellow, Honorary
Lifetime Member, and an active member of AACE
International. Larry is the Chair of AACE's Technical Board, and the recipient of
AACE's Total Cost Management Award. Larry is also a member of the Society
for Cost Estimating and Analysis (SCEA).

Bruce G.
Elliott is an Executive Partner of Conquest Consulting Group.
Bruce has extensive expertise in estimating and project controls
management, and is involved in many of CCG's organizational development
activities, in addition to estimate preparation and reviews.
Bruce has over thirty-five years of project estimating, management, and
consulting experience in the chemical, petroleum, oil sands, manufacturing
and construction industries. Bruce was the Estimating Manager for the
Worldwide Capital Estimating Department at the Eastman Kodak Company in
Rochester, NY prior to forming Conquest Consulting Group. Bruce also has
extensive estimating and project controls management experience with many of the
largest EPC firms in the world. Bruce has been responsible for the
preparation of capital project cost estimates both in the US and
internationally.
Bruce is a Certified Cost Consultant and active member of
AACE International. Bruce is the recipient of AACE's Charles V. Keane Distinguished Service
Award. Bruce has been a frequent presenter at AACE Annual Meetings, and
authored several papers on cost estimating topics.

Todd W.
Pickett is an Executive Partner of Conquest Consulting Group.
In addition to estimate reviews and preparation, Todd has been
instrumental in many of CCG's software development and implementation
assignments.
Todd has over
thirty years of experience in both domestic
and international capital projects and construction, for a wide range of
industrial applications including photochemical, film sensitizing, web
processing and converting, paper manufacturing, refinery, oil sands,
utility generation, and clean room production facilities. Todd was a
Senior Project Estimator with Eastman Kodak Company prior to forming
Conquest Consulting Group. Besides responsibility for the preparation of
conceptual and detailed capital project estimates, Todd has been
responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of various
estimating software applications and cost databases. Todd began his career
as an electrical and instrumentation mechanic.
Todd is a Certified Cost
Consultant, Certified Estimating Professional and is an active member of AACE
International. Todd currently serves as a
Director on AACE's Technical Board.
