have extensive experience in estimating projects, small and large,
conceptual through detailed, for a variety of clients and locations
worldwide. Our estimator’s are knowledgeable in engineering, design, and
construction as well as project management and control, business, and
finance.
Our estimating systems provide maximum
efficiency in estimate preparation, incorporation of changes, and the
flexibility for reviewing estimate results in alternate formats. Our
various estimating systems support a variety of estimating methods from
conceptual to detailed, conforming to your funding approval requirements
or project execution needs. In addition, we maintain extensive cost
databases to support all levels of estimating for a variety of process and
industrial technologies.
Conceptual and preliminary cost
estimates can be prepared using a variety of appropriate methodologies,
including capacity factored, equipment factored and parametric models.
Semi-detailed and detailed estimates are prepared based on take-off
quantities and other detailed estimating data.
CCG is capable of presenting the
estimate in any format desired by the client, including a client’s
custom code of accounts. In addition, estimates can be organized to
reflect the planned design and/or subcontract execution philosophy.
