PROJECT DATABASE DEVELOPMENT
One of CCG’s specialties is the
development of historical project databases and applications. We have

cost information on completed projects. This information is critical to
establishing internal project and cost metrics that can be used to
benchmark project estimates, calibrate your cost databases, and create
strategic estimating tools.

will collect relevant project parameters and characteristics, estimated
costs, and actual costs for completed projects. The application provides
the search and analytical tools to produce a variety of metrics based on
your project histories. The metrics can be generated based on user-defined
criteria of project characteristics that allow you to benchmark and assess
a current project estimate with similar past projects. The database can
also be developed to incorporate external industry benchmarking
information.
